Dr. Nattaya Udomsakdi Shares Insights on Pain-Free Longevity at FBT Longevity Business 2026
June 24, 2026 | True Digital Park, Bangkok

Sapiens Hospital was represented by Dr. Nattaya Udomsakdi, a physician specializing in pain management, who was invited to speak at FBT Longevity Business 2026, held at True Digital Park on June 24, 2026.

The event brought together thought leaders, specialists, researchers, and executives from a wide range of industries related to healthcare, medicine, technology, and elderly care to exchange perspectives and present approaches for preparing for the rapidly growing Longevity Society in Thailand and around the world.

On this occasion, Dr. Nattaya Udomsakdi delivered a presentation on the topic

“Pain-Free Longevity” from 10:55 – 11:15 a.m.

She highlighted the important concept that “Chronic Pain is one of the most overlooked factors affecting healthy and high-quality longevity.”

The presentation focused on the relationship between chronic pain and physical decline, reduced mobility, frailty in older adults, and its long-term impact on quality of life. Dr. Nattaya also introduced the concept of Targeted Pain Intervention, an approach that addresses specific sources of pain using modern medical technologies. For appropriately selected patients, these interventions may help improve daily function and, in some cases, reduce the need for unnecessary surgery.

Dr. Nattaya Udomsakdi stated:

“Longevity should not simply mean adding more years to life. It should also mean adding quality to every stage of life. The ability to move and live independently is a key foundation of long-term wellbeing.“

Thailand is currently progressing toward a fully aged society and is expected to become a Super-Aged Society in the coming years. The concept of Pain-Free Longevity therefore has an important role in helping people maintain quality of life, reduce Disease Span, and extend Healthspan.

Dr. Nattaya Udomsakdi’s participation as a speaker reflects the commitment of Sapiens Hospital to advancing pain management and supporting healthy longevity by integrating medical knowledge, modern technology, and concepts from Longevity Medicine to help improve quality of life across all stages of life.
