Sapiens Hospital, in collaboration with True Digital, hosted the “Better Movement, Better Moment Together” health activity under the concept “Move Better : Live Better,” presenting a new approach to healthcare that promotes better movement and a better quality of life.

Bangkok – August 8, 2026 – Sapiens Hospital joined forces with True Digital to organize the “Better Movement, Better Moment Together” health activity to promote knowledge and awareness of neck, shoulder, and back health, as well as appropriate body movement. The activity reflected Sapiens Hospital’s concept, “Move Better : Live Better,” which encourages everyone to move better in order to enjoy a better quality of life and greater well-being at every stage of life.

The activity was held on August 8, 2026, from 1:00–4:00 PM on the 3rd floor of Sapiens Hospital and attracted participants interested in learning how to take better care of their bodies, particularly the neck, shoulders, and back—areas commonly affected by working habits, daily activities, and inappropriate movement patterns.

Sapiens Hospital designed the event as an Interactive Health Workshop, allowing participants to learn through discussion, assessment, and hands-on practice. The workshop was divided into several activity stations:

Station 1: Q&A with Dr. Nataya
Participants had the opportunity to discuss and ask questions about neck, shoulder, and back pain, while receiving guidance from a specialist physician to better understand possible causes and appropriate approaches to self-care.

Station 2: Core Strengthening
Participants learned and practiced exercises for strengthening the core muscles, which play an important role in controlling movement and supporting various activities in daily life.

Station 3: Physical Therapy
Participants learned approaches to body care and rehabilitation from physical therapists and practiced appropriate movements that could be applied in everyday life.

Station 4: Flexibility Test
Participants had their body flexibility assessed to help them better understand their own bodies and identify movement limitations that may require attention.

The activity focused not only on providing knowledge about pain and treatment, but also on helping participants “know their bodies, understand movement, and care for themselves appropriately,” in line with Sapiens Hospital’s “Move Better : Live Better” concept.

For Sapiens Hospital, good health means more than simply being free from illness. It also means having the ability to move and live with confidence—to enjoy the activities you love, work, exercise, and spend meaningful time with the people who matter.

“Move Better : Live Better” is therefore more than a message. It represents Sapiens Hospital’s approach to healthcare: helping everyone move better so they can live better.

The collaboration with True Digital through the “Better Movement, Better Moment Together” activity represents another important step in sharing health knowledge and creating an experience that makes body care and healthy movement easier to understand, more accessible, and practical for everyday life.
